CUCET UG Syllabus
CUCET UG Syllabus – Here is the detailed UG syllabus of CUCET. Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is a national level entrance exam conducted every year by National Testing Agency (NTA). It is conducted for admissions to various central universities across India.
CUCET syllabus for UG is similar to the syllabus of other national level competitions in India like JEE, NEET, etc. Only difference is that in CUCET NTA asks a General Awareness section which is new to many candidates. Given below is the detailed syllabus of CUCET-
Mathematical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, Current Affairs and General Knowledge.
Similar to all chapters of NCERT Mathematics Class 11 & 12 ( Differential & Integral Calculus, Algebra, Conic Section, Trigonometry).
Similar to all chapters of NCERT Physics Class 11 & 12 (Mechanics, Thermodynamics, SHM and Waves, Optics, Modern Physics, Electrostatics, Current electricity, Magnetism, Semiconductor, Communication System)
Similar to all chapters of NCERT Chemistry Class 11 & 12 (Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry )
Similar to all chapters of NCERT Biology Class 11 & 12 (Only for PCB candidates)
Paper Pattern of CUCET
It consists of 100 Questions , 25 each of Physics, Chemistry , Mathematics/Biology and General Awareness. Time allotted to solve these questions is 3 Hours. There is negative marking of one fourth of each question in CUCET. On the basis of your CUCET scores you will be granted admissions in the top central universities of India.Several central universities are participating in CUCET 2022 and this participation is surely going to increase the competition three folds. Hence analyse the syllabus well and try to cover the maximum possible topics. Focus on making short notes which should be crisp & to the point that are going to help you in the last moments of your examination.

so will level of paper be below JEE main or above?
Level of CUCET paper will be between your board examination paper and JEE Main. Hence the paper will neither be difficult nor be too easy.
